Enjoyment in the “Dreiländereck” is an all-round affair! This is also evident in the cuisine, which is particularly varied here. As part of our three-country culinary programme “grenzARTig”, we invite you to a daily cross-border culinary journey through the Swiss Engadin, the South Tyrolean Vinschgau and the Tyrolean “Obere Gricht”. Many typical regional specialities from traditional recipes are served. The Naudererhof luxury board not only tastes delicious, but also stands for a sustainable approach to resources and the environment. We cook with fresh, natural and healthy ingredients, mainly from regional products, and pay particular attention to gentle preparation. That’s how you can enjoy it without remorse!
Enjoy the start to your day with our wonderful breakfast buffet: homemade bread, fruit jams, honey, an organic corner with products from Nauders, Vinschgau and Engadin, milk and dairy products from our local farmers, delicious assortment of cold meats and cheese, fresh egg dishes. As well as fresh fruit, tea and juices available in our spa area in the afternoon.
In addition to our in-house culinary creation “grenzARTig” – a fine, culinary journey through the Terra Raetica (three-country region Austria/Switzerland/Italy) – we spoil you in the evening with light and healthy dishes, our own children’s menu, fresh daily, salad buffet – rich in vitamins.
