Our BOTANICAL SPA is a retreat where you can relax and unwind, reserved exclusively for our adult guests.
We kindly ask you to respect the peace and privacy of all guests. Please give your mobile phone a break or switch it to silent mode, and refrain from taking photos or videos throughout the entire SPA area.
Our saunas and steam bath are textile-free zones (exception: the family sauna by the indoor pool).
The Skypool is a space for relaxation and recreation. Children are welcome when accompanied by adults. Jumping, ball games, and swimming aids are not permitted.
Note for families: Please use the corridor under the indoor pool to access the Skypool with your children (rather than walking through the adult SPA area). The family relaxation rooms by the indoor pool and on the 1st floor are available for your comfort.

Reservations: You are welcome to book massages, spa treatments, and baths at the beauty or hotel reception.
Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows, will unfortunately be charged in full.
Late arrivals: To ensure we provide the same high level of service to all guests, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly if you arrive late.
