Take a restorative break at the Bergkastel Panorama Restaurant at an altitude of 2,200 metres, where the expansive sun terrace invites you to relax and soak up the views, or visit the laid-back Stieralm. Whether you fancy hearty Tirolean delicacies in the rustic Lärchenalm or prefer a quick, stylish stop at the Sunnabar – here, you will experience the best hut party after an exciting day on the slopes.
If you have booked our half-board breakfast & dine, a table is reserved for you throughout your stay. The following meals are included:

If you book your stay with breakfast only, you have the option to enjoy dinner à la carte. Please book a table at reception.
Our dedicated reception team is available daily from 08:00 to 22:00 to answer your questions, fulfil your requests, and provide you with the best tips for your adventures in the border triangle region.
Your room at the Naudererhof will be available from approximately 15:00 on your arrival day. Should your plans require you to arrive after 19:00, we kindly ask that you inform our reception team in advance so that we may make all the necessary preparations for your seamless arrival.
If you arrive before 15:00, you are welcome to relax in our BOTANICAL-SPA. Changing rooms with lockers are located directly in the SPA area.
A relaxed journey is the first essential step toward your holiday at the Naudererhof. We are strategically located in the unique Border Triangle of Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
Important Note: Please be advised that motorway toll stickers (vignettes) are compulsory on all Austrian motorways, including tunnels.
The Naudererhof is located at Dr. Tschiggfreystrasse 160, 6543 Nauders. Below are the main routes:
From Germany/the Netherlands:
- Via the Fern Pass/Reutte, continue towards Imst.
- Then take the motorway (vignette required) or the federal highway (no vignette required) to Landeck.
- From Landeck, take the B315 Reschen Pass road directly to Nauders.
From Switzerland (CH):
- Route A (Engadin): Travel through the Engadin Valley (via Julier Pass or Vereina Tunnel) to the border at Martinsbruck, then proceed towards Nauders.
- Route B (Arlberg): Travel via Bludenz towards Arlberg. Pass through the Arlberg Tunnel (toll required) to Landeck, then take the B315 Reschen Pass to Nauders.
From Italy (I) / South:
- Via the MEBO (Merano-Bolzano) expressway to Merano, then proceed towards the Reschen Pass.
- Continue past Lake Reschen and Lake Haidersee directly to Nauders.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 on your departure day.
If you wish to extend your enjoyment, we are happy to offer you the option of a late check-out or an extended stay in our BOTANICAL SPA (both available on-site for a fee).
You are welcome to continue using your cozy bathrobe throughout the day; we simply ask that you return it to reception when you check out. Convenient changing rooms with lockers are located directly within the SPA area.

- Indoor pool & Fitness room: 07:00 to 20:00
- SKYPOOL: Please refer to the notice posted within the hotel for the exact operating times. (Note: Young children may only use the SKYPOOL when accompanied by their parents.)
- Sauna area: 14:00 to 20:00 (The adjoining relaxation rooms are available starting from 10:00).
- Beauty & massages: 10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 19:00. We highly recommend booking your desired appointment in advance at reception.

Relaxation zone for adults: The BOTANICAL SPA, featuring saunas, a steam bath, and infrared cabins, is available to adults and young people aged 15 and over. Here you will find deep balance and a profound sense of serenity. * Opening Hours: Saunas (14:00 – 20:00), Relaxation Rooms (10:00 – 20:00). Skypool times are posted locally.
Family area: The indoor pool can be used by the whole family without restriction from 07:00 to 20:00.
Skypool: Children under the age of 15 are only permitted in the Skypool when accompanied by an adult.
Fitness: Our fitness room is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00 for guests aged 16 and over.

Cancellation fees are tiered and increase proportionally to the shortness of the notice period. For your comprehensive security and peace of mind, we always recommend securing travel insurance.
As our valued guest, complimentary parking spaces are available for you around the hotel premises. Please note that it is not possible to reserve these outdoor spaces.
We are pleased to reserve an underground parking space for you upon request. Please be aware that this facility is located separately from the main hotel building and is subject to a charge. As spaces are limited, we kindly ask you to make your reservation well in advance.
