We place the highest value on quality and freshness: Cheese and yoghurt are sourced directly from Nauders and South Tyrol. Fresh bread is supplied by the local baker. Crisp apples come from regular suppliers in Vinschgau and the Tyrolean Oberland – you will taste the difference. (Optional: You are also welcome to enjoy breakfast à la carte with us on your day of arrival at an additional cost.)
