Awaken your breakfast appetite. Every morning, our varied and abundant help-yourself breakfast buffet awaits, truly leaving nothing to be desired. Choose to your heart’s content between sweet delicacies and savoury specialities. Begin your day in a relaxed manner with a balanced breakfast of high-quality, regional products.
We place the highest value on quality and freshness: Cheese and yoghurt are sourced directly from Nauders and South Tyrol. Fresh bread is supplied by the local baker. Crisp apples come from regular suppliers in Vinschgau and the Tirolean Oberland – you will taste the difference. (Optional: You are also welcome to enjoy breakfast à la carte with us on your day of arrival at an additional cost.)

In addition to our signature “grenzARTig” culinary experience – which takes you on a delicious culinary journey through the Terra Raetica region (Austria, Switzerland, and Italy) – we will also spoil you in the evenings with light, healthy dishes and a daily fresh, vitamin-rich salad buffet.
Your dining experience is perfectly complemented by a carefully selected wine list that enhances our culinary creations. Our creative kitchen team is constantly composing new, delicious dishes for your enjoyment.
