If you are unable to take your holiday at the Naudererhof, please let us know in writing. Cancellation fees apply only if we are unable to re-let the room. In such cases, the following terms and conditions apply:
Summer
- Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival is free of charge.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the price will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
Winter
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking amount.
- 14 to 8 days before arrival, cancellation fees of 70% of the price apply.
- From 7 days before arrival, 90% cancellation fees apply.
- In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
Exception
During the period 19.12.2026 – 09.01.2027 and 06.02.2027 – 27.02.2027, different conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 91 days before arrival is free of charge.
- 90 to 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking amount.
- 29 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking amount.
- From 6 days before arrival as well as in case of a no-show, the full price will be charged.
Outside of this period and beyond, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006 §5) apply. We recommend travel cancellation insurance just in case. You can take this out online in just a few steps.
