As part of our “grenzARTig“ three-countries culinary experience, we invite you to a cross-border culinary journey through the Swiss Engadine, the South Tyrolean Vinschgau and the Tyrolean ”Obere Gricht“ every day. Served are many regional specialities made according to traditional recipes.
The Naudererhof “GenussART“ doesn’t just taste delightful but stands also for a conscious approach to resources and environment. We prepare dishes with fresh, natural and healthy ingredients and mainly regional products and we put great emphasis on gentle preparation of the food, so you can enjoy without feeling bad about it!

Breakfast & afternoon Merenda

To start the day, enjoy our beautiful breakfast buffet: homemade bread, fruity jams, honey, an organic corner with products from Nauders, the Vinschgau and the Engadine, milk and dairy products from our local farmers, savoury cold meats and sausages and cheese, fresh egg dishes. Fresh fruit and healthy snacks are available at our vitality buffet. In addition, we treat you to cake and small regional specialities in the afternoon.

Besides our hotel-own grenzARTig culinary creation – a fine culinary journey through Terra Raetica (tri-border region Austria / Switzerland / Italy), we also treat you to light wellness dishes, designated children’s menus and daily fresh, vitamin-packed salad buffets in the evening. Together with the herbalists Rose-Marie and Barbara Waldegger, the Naudererhof kitchen team always invents new tasty creations for you.
